Integrating a site to such a live network is a challenge now. Apart from technical aspects, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to control the cost associated with upskilling & training the staff, buying new tools & software, and even adding more heads to the existing team.
Our Remote Integration Centre (RIC) solution has been designed keeping in mind all above challenges & complexities. We offer a cost effective & efficient alternative where our RAN experts combined with our in-house suite of tools offer a highly competent solution. Our objective is to take all the pain away from our clients and seamlessly integrate new nodes into the live network.
Our delivery model
Our delivery model splits RIC functions & deliverables which – depending on the type/nature – can be delivered by on-site or off-shore team subject to our client’s information security & access policy.
Local Support Unit (LSU)
RIC-LSU is typically stationed at client premises to carry integration work and require connectivity to client’s systems.
Global Support Unit (GSU)
RIC-GSU is a remote support unit stationed off-shore, and typically carries our tasks that do not require client system’s access.
