The Powertec rainfall monitoring kit is a micro weather station developed to provide Australian farmers real-time rainfall monitoring data. Designed to meet the guidelines of the World Meteorological Organization, the self-emptying tipping-bucket design is exceptionally accurate. Used to display daily and accumulated rainfall, as well as the rate of rainfall.

Larger farming properties often experience differing rainfall across their large geographical area. Combined with one or two major weather stations, these compact and economic units can be deployed in numbers to provide a clear and concise picture of weather conditions.
